"Is there not a 6 star rating? Seriously, Michele took on the challenge of selling our home in a very poor market when it had already been listed and the outlook was bleak. It was a great house and a great neighborhood, but it hadn't had much traffic or any offers in around 3 months. After Michele took it on she had a buyer and a contract in a few weeks (really....2-4 weeks). She also helped sp...eed on the closing and we were signed, sealed, and delivered within 3 weeks of the offer. Michele is very organized and does not need any management. Her skills and ability to get the home sold so quickly were great for us as we were already moved out, thousands of miles away, and in a small apartment with small children.
